WELCOME TO THE RE-OPENING OF MYSORE YOGA PARIS 5-7 SEPTEMBER!
We are so happy to welcome new and familiar students for 3 mornings with FREE classes for all: Mysore Style, Intro to Mysore and Pranayama. During this period we offer -10% discount on all class cards + items of Mysore Yoga Shop. No pre-registration necessary, just come as you are!

Mardi 5 septembre :
7.30-8.45 Introduction à la pratique Mysore pour débutants avec Lise
7.30-10 Mysore style avec Kia (le professeur arrive à 8h)

Mercredi 6 septembre (pleine lune) 
8.00-9.30 Pranayama (pratique de respiration yogique ouverts à tout les niveaux), avec Kia

Jeudi 7 septembre : 
7.30-8.45 Introduction à la pratique Mysore pour débutants avec Lise
7.30-10 Mysore style avec Kia (le professeur arrive à 8h)

NB: Pour Intro Mysore et Pranayama merci d arriver 10 min avant pour s inscrire et s´installer de manière à ce que le cours commence à l´heure.  Si vous avez un tapis de yoga, pensez à le prendre! Nous en avons quelques-uns pour les « introduction à la pratique Mysore » en priorité.

On New Moon Diane Duhamel will mindfully guide you through a relaxing sequence of postures, developed particularly for times like new moon days, when the energy is lower and a more quiet approach is recommended. Over time you will learn this sequence by heart so you can use it whenever you need to restore and replenish. This nourishing practice balances the nervous system and teaches us how to listen internally and adapt the practice to support our physical needs and mind state. This 90-min class open to all levels and included in your regular class card. Please arrive a few minutes before to set up as we will begin punctually. More about Moon days here
