Shipping Information

All orders are processed and distributed from our Paris office and subject to payment clearance and stock availability. A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed.  Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it. All orders are shipped with La Poste ’Courrier Suivi’, our as Colissimo please allow between 5-15 days for handling and shipping depending on when and where your order is placed.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or destination customs clearance. In case of any technical difficulties regarding the quantities in stock we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to the post office.
